This is actually my arthritic hand. Due to the twisting of my fingers I need a very custom size. Please excuse my stained working hands, they are not the prettiest; but these nails make me feel they are. I think it distracts from the twisting and knobs that on my fingers and makes them beautiful. The set below is called Royal Blue set #1.
